ABOUT KOSHER KORNER
2007 is the beginning of a new Kosher
era. We are so excited about
introducing ourselves to you, Craig Betron
and Michael Cooper,
the new owners of the
Kosher Korner. We have extensive experience
in both gourmet catering and Kosher cuisine. After both
graduating from
Culinary Institute of America-Hyde Park, New York, we both
worked
at Windows on the World and Tavern on
the Green and
then diversified into smaller restaurants, catering facilities and
delicatessens. We have sharpened
our skills to provide
a variety of fresh hot entrees, side dishes, delicious
homemade
soups, sandwiches and salads.
It is our belief that high quality
ingredients, great homemade
cooking, along with outstanding service is the key
for a food
establishment to be successful. We
are eager and determined to
meet the needs of the Jewish communities in which we both serve and live.
We
can cater a meal for one to an affair for one thousand.
For any events and
occasion. We hope the Kosher Korner becomes
a frequent
household word. We both look forward to being a part of
your family and community for many years to come.
